The first day of Spring ... C'Mere returns from exploring the thawed areas, it was too cold on her paws so it was a short-lived adventure

The Mom already had a fawn, but she adopted the runt anyway and she took very good care of it through the hard winter months ... They're all fat n sassy now

Placid Lake

 

Our family had a cabin here , We spent our Summers and Weekends (growing up)here until about 5 years ago, Mom sold it and bought the house in Seeley ... where I live now.

I took a drive to Placid Lake today and took a few pictures ... the ice is still there , mostly.
